LoRA アダプター設定

llama.cpp の per-request LoRA 機能に対応。 サーバーに複数の LoRA をロードし、リクエストごとに適用する LoRA を指定できる。

LoRA アダプター ID（サーバーにロードした順序）

適用強度（0.0〜1.0、デフォルト: 1.0）

アダプター名（デバッグ出力用、オプション）
