Read an SVG image from the source and write a filtered image to the destination.

pub fn set_data_url_filter( &mut self, filter: impl Fn(&DataUrl<'_>) -> DataUrlFilterResult + 'static )

This function will be called for every data: URL encountered in embedded images.

This callback is not allowed to refer to its environment. Use Arc<Mutex<_>> to modify any shared state.
