Every value a render computed and chose to keep, under its content hash. A hit is the value
the cold run wrote, so what is kept or evicted decides only what is computed again. A clone
is a handle on the same store, which a stream holds for as long as it plays.
One builtin call and the number each named argument came to where it was lowered. A
finite-difference solver answers its whole parameter set as the solver was handed it,
written false for a default it filled in.
Two independently primed FNV-1a lanes: serving one closed form’s samples for another is silent
corruption, so the width is set against birthday collisions rather than speed.
Node values under their keys: a render stages, and only persist commits each value whole
by rename, evicting the least recently used past the budget. Every change to the backend’s
names runs under its lock; lookups and reads never wait on it.
Read once the render ends, so each lookup is counted as it finally settled: a run is stored
only when its node ends. pass is what the render looked up before its first block.
The alias is what the base band holds and the oversamplex render does not. One bin grid
for both, so no decimation filter blurs the top octave this is measuring.
A filter’s cutoff, q and gain, and a solver’s varying parameters, may move with t or
read a signal: the builtin routes each itself. Every other named argument is one number.
The spectral sum of one node read on want’s axis, with every ref it holds already
composed in. A pair answers on either axis; anything else answers on its own.
