basert: the baseRT header version this build carries, the engine ABI number it checks and
the line accepted without one (0.3.x), and the engines it installs on its own. A libbaseRT
with the same ABI number serves, whatever its version.
llamacpp, mlx: the runtime versions each shipped adapter installs on its own, the ones it
was built and tested against (`--untested` installs another).
A release carries the same data beside its tarball, as compat.json, so a host can choose a
release before downloading it. `superfluid runtime versions <id>` lists one runtime's versions
with which install on this machine.
Exits 1, after printing the rest, when a shipped adapter fails to answer for its runtime.
