The command a package-manager script runs, with the arguments given after
the script’s name where the package manager puts them, after the script
(npm test -- adds with "test": "cargo test" runs cargo test adds).
Each argument is quoted, so splitting the result as sh does gives it
back whole. None when the command runs no script of the package.
