Give every installed harness supercode’s messaging tools: register
<supercode> message mcp as a user-scope MCP server named supercode
through each harness’s own mcp add. An entry that runs another binary
(an older install, a build that is gone) is replaced through the harness’s
own mcp remove: a session loads only a server that starts. A harness
whose CLI is absent is left as it is. One line per harness says what
happened.
