Like codegen_with_type_info, but names the module after owning_package instead of TypedAst::package_name.

The two differ for a package’s test file. It compiles as a script, so its entry point must stay mangled as main for the runner to find it, but the code is the package’s and a gated call from it must be attributed to the package — not to main, which secrets.get refuses outright.
