Module field_name_strings 

Per-field-name (ref $string) Wasm globals.

Sharing a single global per name makes ref.eq correctly identify fields at runtime — identity equality on the $string allocation.

extra_names injects VTable interface method names (Iterator, Iterable, …) that don’t appear in any object literal — without them dispatch chains can’t find the per-name string global they expect.
