Inspects a uniquely shaped identifier while retaining parameter syntax faults.
The OID and at most one whole parameter must be unambiguous. Invalid
parameter syntax is preserved as AlgorithmReading::fault, never as a
validated identifier. Resource/caller refusals, missing fields and ambiguous
schema remain errors. This does not authorize malformed crypto input.
