command is the slug crate::cli::Commands::agent_surface_slug reported for this invocation, or None when the surface was never told which subcommand emitted the envelope. None selects the unscoped groups alone, which is the fail-safe reading: a command that does not identify itself gets the synonyms that are true everywhere and none of the ones that are true only somewhere.
