Builds the route table. Split from serve so a test can exercise the routes over an in-process transport without owning a port.

face is the binding verdict’s, so the key every door judges against is decided once, before the socket exists; origins are the names the same address answers to, read by the entry decision in front of every route (crates/wire/spec/Reception/Entry.lean §8-94).

§Errors

The listener’s own headers cannot be spelled as HTTP headers.
