ScoreContribution

Single contribution to a CandidateNote’s score. The sum of every contribution’s weight MUST equal CandidateNote::score, so downstream tooling (explain output, future eval harnesses) can reconstruct the exact rationale rather than relying on human-readable reasons strings.
