run_with for feature (--feature; else the format’s own selection): the skill’s commands are told which unit is meant, and a unit the creating skill makes becomes current.

The person’s review records (review.json) are the person’s: a skill that changed one — through a command it was allowed to run — has the change undone, and the result says so.
