speccoder report: a feature’s tasks and the evidence behind each tick, read from what is durable and reviewable — tasks.md at the tip of speccoder/<feature> and the trailers of its commits. Read-only: no model, no worktree, no state directory.

The open tasks by lane, for Before you run: None when every one is code (nothing worth saying) or there is no task to run.

regression_of

A regression-only tick’s reason from its trailer; a tick without one (made before reasons were recorded) reads unrecorded, never a guess.
