Spec deltas of a change (openspec/changes/<id>/specs/<capability>/spec.md) and the requirement names of the main specs (openspec/specs/**/spec.md).

OpenSpec returns scenarios only as raw text; speccoder parses them itself because they are the acceptance examples.
