The names a red run’s every failure says are not there — pytest’s
FAILED t.py::a - ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'x', an
import, attribute or name error; vitest’s Cannot find module — or
None when any failure is something else. Red of code a task has yet
to write looks the same: the caller decides whose names they are.
