Function issue_for_prompt

Source
pub fn issue_for_prompt(issue: &Issue, max: usize, trust: Trust) -> IssueText
Expand description

The body as filed, then what was said on the issue since.

Left out before anything is counted: a minimised comment, because somebody with the right to decided it should not be read; an empty one; and spar’s hidden state block, which is a comment only in the sense that GitHub stores it as one.

Then the trust gate spar checkin uses, for the reason it uses it: what a comment says here can become a commit. The person who filed the issue is read whatever the setting, because they wrote the body, and a comment of theirs can ask for nothing the body could not have.

The body and its comments share max. Past it the oldest comments go first, since a later comment is the one that supersedes, and only whole comments go, with the prompt saying how many.
