Driving one CLI.

An agent is a command template plus an output adapter, not a class. Supporting a new CLI is a preset file, which is the difference between a tool that works for its author and one that works for anyone who installs it.

Injected into every request. Prompting alone is not sufficient for any of these, which is why each one is also enforced deterministically on the way out, but a model that was asked produces less for the gate to fix.
