Crate sova_passport 

Passport-style authentication for Sova.

• Passport — strategy registry, authenticate, session serialize/deserialize, login/logout
• Auth / AuthMw — extract + verify strategies (Bearer, API key, JWT)
• feature jwt: [JwtAuth] (users, refresh, migrate)
