Crate soothfast_report 

Soothfast report engine: renders measurement baselines and trend series into doc fragments — markdown/HTML perf tables, hand-emitted SVG trend charts, changelog drafts, shields-endpoint badges, and the agent-facing llms.txt digest. Everything here is produced from recorded data, never written by hand.

Shields.io endpoint-badge JSON (https://img.shields.io/endpoint?url=...) and a self-hosted SVG rendering of the same badge, so a README needs no third-party badge service at all.

changelog

Changelog drafting: API-surface diff + perf deltas rendered as a draft section, assembled from recorded facts instead of backfilled from memory.

llms

llms.txt: a compact machine-readable digest of the public surface and its measured costs, for AI agents. Guaranteed current because it is derived — the answer to “agents reading stale READMEs as truth”.

perf_table

Perf tables from a baseline document: one row per item, the deterministic metrics first.

trend_chart

Hand-emitted SVG trend charts from the .soothfast/trend.jsonl series.
