Zero-erasure balance constraint for load distribution scoring.
Provides a constraint that penalizes uneven distribution across groups using standard deviation. Unlike grouped constraints which score per-group, the balance constraint computes a GLOBAL statistic across all groups.
All type information is preserved at compile time - no Arc, no dyn.
