Decoding transaction logs against event ABIs.
An EventRegistry is built from the event entries of one or more contract ABIs and
keyed by topic hash, so a log can be matched and its indexed and non-indexed
arguments decoded back into typed values.
Log payloads come from the chain and are not trusted. Offsets and lengths read out of event data are validated and their arithmetic is checked: an unchecked offset wraps in release builds and turns into a reversed slice range, and an unchecked length turns into an unbounded allocation.
