ABI encoding and function-signature parsing.
This module turns a human-written signature such as submitPerson((string,uint256))
plus its arguments into calldata, and derives the four-byte selector for it. Tuples,
fixed and dynamic arrays, and the elementary value types are supported.
It also carries the keccak-256 implementation used for selectors and event topics, so the workspace does not take a hashing dependency for this one purpose.
