Synchronous ALT lookup from a prewarmed, slot-aware local cache. Called on the receive task; never perform RPC or blocking I/O here. Address identity and table activation at the requested slot are the caller’s responsibility. Arguments: transaction, slot, recv_us, tx_index, event_type_filter. The last three values are the same local timestamp, batch-local index and borrowed filter passed to the parser. A miss can be handled here before returning Err.
