Crate skillflag 

Rust implementation of the Skillflag producer interface and the skill-install companion CLI.

The behavior mirrors the TypeScript reference implementation in typescript/src/ of the Skillflag monorepo; output formats (list, list --json, export, show, and error messages) are byte-compatible.
