Vowel sequence table — models Vietnamese vowel clusters for hook/breve transformations (inspired by fcitx5-unikey’s VSeqList).
Instead of tracking per-vowel flags (from_w, horn_shared), we look at
the current vowel cluster as a whole and decide which positions get hook.
