Published default sampling token for a center/product pair on a date.

Most catalog families use one sampling token across their modeled history. For issue-based products this date-only query represents the 0000 issue; product construction uses its actual issue and can therefore select a within-day transition. GFZ rapid and ultra-rapid SP3 and ESA ultra-rapid SP3 have cataloged cadence transitions.
