Function decode_stream 

pub fn decode_stream(bytes: &[u8]) -> RtcmStream

Decode every CRC-valid frame while recording forgiving stream diagnostics.

Unknown message numbers decode to Message::Unsupported values and are not diagnostics. CRC-valid frames for recognized message types whose body cannot be decoded are skipped and recorded in RtcmStream::diagnostics.
