Validates one app config

Errors

• NormalizeError::MissingName: name is empty.
• NormalizeError::InvalidName: name contains a path separator or a colon, or is ./...
• NormalizeError::ReservedEnvVar: env sets SHEP_INSTANCE or SHEP_NAME, which shep injects itself.
• NormalizeError::IncrementVarRemoved: increment_var is set; removed in favour of {{instance}} templating.
• NormalizeError::MissingScript: script is empty.
• NormalizeError::ZeroInstances: instances == 0.
• NormalizeError::InvalidCron: cron_restart is not valid in croner’s dialect.
• NormalizeError::InvalidTimezone: cron_timezone is not a name in the IANA time-zone database.
• NormalizeError::InvalidProbe: a readiness_probe/liveness_probe target ProbeTarget::parse rejects.
• NormalizeError::ZeroFailureThreshold: a probe’s failure_threshold is explicitly 0.
• NormalizeError::IntervalBelowMinimum: a probe’s interval is under the floor its own loop honours.
• NormalizeError::ZeroMaxMemory: max_memory is 0.
• NormalizeError::ActionTimeoutTooLong: action_timeout is at or above the ceiling no RPC caller could wait past.
• NormalizeError::InvalidKillSignal: kill_signal names a signal the daemon’s stop ladder cannot send.
• NormalizeError::WatchWithoutCwd: watch is true with no cwd set.
• NormalizeError::ZeroWatchDelay: watch_delay is 0.
• NormalizeError::InvalidWatchGlob: a watch_options or ignore_watch pattern globset will not compile.
• NormalizeError::BadTemplate: an env/args/log-path value carries an undefined or unclosed {{...}} token.
• NormalizeError::SharedLogPath: out_file or err_file renders to the same path for two instances.
• NormalizeError::TildeUser: a path field names another user’s ~user home.
• NormalizeError::NoHomeForTilde: a path field expands ~/ but no home directory could be found.
