MAX_WORKSPACE_FILES

Bound on workspace-file enumeration to keep the LSP responsive on monorepos. Mirrors rust-analyzer’s per-crate file caps; if a workspace genuinely has more than this many .shape files, the user is editing in a context where eager indexing is the wrong default and they should scope the LSP via shape.toml [modules].paths.
