Returns Some(match) when the buffer holds a complete AT final line.

The last final result after the echo wins; whatever follows it in the same read (RING, a two-line +CMT with its PDU, RDY / Call Ready, the rest of a USSD menu) is trailing unsolicited output and does not hide it. Bytes are decoded lossily so line noise or a Latin-1 phonebook entry cannot stall the exchange.
