Completion for prompt-style commands (AT+CMGS=… → > , ATD → CONNECT).
27.005 sends the SMS prompt as \r\n> with no line feed after it, so the last
unterminated line counts too. A final result (+CMS ERROR: …, ERROR) also
completes, otherwise a rejected command would wait out the whole timeout. Data
after CONNECT in the same read (PPP frames, CMUX flags) does not hide it.
