Deserialize an instance of type T from an std::io::Read source of
libconfig text.
The entire source is read into memory before parsing. Note that, like
from_str, this does not process @include directives; use
crate::Config::from_file for include support.

Returns crate::ErrorKind::Io if reading fails, or a parse error as
for from_str.
