classify_for_sqlite

Convenience classifier wrapper matching the legacy entry point.

execute_sqlite_statement

Execute one classified statement against a SQLite database, using the shared backup pipeline. Backup capture failure denies the mutation. A wall-clock timer armed on this connection interrupts runaway statements at policy.stmt_timeout_ms.

open_sqlite_database

Open a SQLite database with the legacy semantics: reads use a read-only handle that must already exist; writes create if needed.
