with_limit

Append LIMIT n to a backup SELECT, preserving any trailing lock clause. Returns None when the query cannot be safely rewritten (existing LIMIT/OFFSET, set operations, CTE, trailing semicolon or comment, parenthesized tail, or an unmatched lock clause) — callers must DENY in that case rather than execute the unbounded original.
