Create arena-allocated bytes (fast path for temporaries).

Accepts arbitrary bytes; no UTF-8 validation.

Performance

~5ns vs ~100ns for global allocator (20× faster).

Lifetime

Valid until arena_reset() is called (typically when the strand exits).
