pub fn ledger_note(db: &Connection, broken: i64) -> Result<()>Expand description
Re-anchor the chain after a row that does not verify, by appending a note row onto the current head (0.35.0’s Re-verify with repair).
Nothing recorded is edited or deleted: the note says which row broke, and
ledger_break accepts that row as it stands from then on. The edit is
still visible, in the note, which is what an audit trail owes its reader.
