Conway’s fee for bytes of reference scripts, which the ledger adds for every script on a spent or reference input: the first 25,600 bytes at min_fee_ref_script_cost_per_byte, each next 25,600 at 1.2 times the price of the ones before, and the total rounded down (the ledger’s tierRefScriptFee, in exact fractions as it works). More than MAX_REFERENCE_SCRIPT_BYTES is refused, in words, as the ledger would.
