pub struct SecPolicy(_);
Expand description

A type representing a certificate validation policy.

Implementations§

source§

impl SecPolicy

source

pub fn create_ssl( protocol_side: SslProtocolSide, hostname: Option<&str> ) -> Self

Creates a SecPolicy for evaluating SSL certificate chains.

The side which you are evaluating should be provided (i.e. pass SslSslProtocolSide::SERVER if you are a client looking to validate a server’s certificate chain).

source

pub fn create_revocation(options: RevocationPolicy) -> Result<Self>

Creates a SecPolicy for checking revocation of certificates.

If you do not specify this policy creating a SecTrust object, the system defaults will be used during evaluation.

source

pub fn create_x509() -> Self

Returns a policy object for the default X.509 policy.

Trait Implementations§

source§

impl Clone for SecPolicy

source§

fn clone(&self) -> SecPolicy

Returns a copy of the value. Read more
1.0.0 · source§

fn clone_from(&mut self, source: &Self)

Performs copy-assignment from source. Read more

impl Debug for SecPolicy

source§

fn fmt(&self, fmt: &mut Formatter<'_>) -> Result

Formats the value using the given formatter. Read more

impl Drop for SecPolicy

source§

fn drop(&mut self)

Executes the destructor for this type. Read more
source§

impl PartialEq<SecPolicy> for SecPolicy

source§

fn eq(&self, other: &SecPolicy) -> bool

This method tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 · source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

This method tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
source§

impl TCFType for SecPolicy

§

type Ref = *mut OpaqueSecPolicyRef

The reference type wrapped inside this type.
source§

fn as_concrete_TypeRef(&self) -> SecPolicyRef

Returns the object as its concrete TypeRef.
source§

unsafe fn wrap_under_get_rule(reference: SecPolicyRef) -> Self

Returns an instance of the object, wrapping the underlying CFTypeRef subclass. Use this when following Core Foundation’s “Get Rule”. The reference count is bumped.
source§

fn as_CFTypeRef(&self) -> CFTypeRef

Returns the object as a raw CFTypeRef. The reference count is not adjusted.
source§

unsafe fn wrap_under_create_rule(reference: SecPolicyRef) -> Self

Returns an instance of the object, wrapping the underlying CFTypeRef subclass. Use this when following Core Foundation’s “Create Rule”. The reference count is not bumped.
source§

fn type_id() -> CFTypeID

Returns the type ID for this class.
source§

fn as_CFType(&self) -> CFType

Returns the object as a wrapped CFType. The reference count is incremented by one.
source§

fn into_CFType(self) -> CFTypewhere Self: Sized,

Returns the object as a wrapped CFType. Consumes self and avoids changing the reference count.
source§

fn retain_count(&self) -> isize

Returns the reference count of the object. It is unwise to do anything other than test whether the return value of this method is greater than zero.
source§

fn type_of(&self) -> usize

Returns the type ID of this object.
source§

fn show(&self)

Writes a debugging version of this object on standard error.
source§

fn instance_of<OtherCFType>(&self) -> boolwhere OtherCFType: TCFType,

Returns true if this value is an instance of another type.
