Measure phase difference and cancellation in each one-third-octave band.
Phase is the angle of sum(a * conj(b)) in degrees in (-180, 180].
Cancellation is
10 * log10(sum(|a + b|^2) / sum((|a| + |b|)^2)), bounded below by
FLOOR_DB. Bands without a bin in all three inputs are omitted.
Neighbouring bands share their edge, the geometric mean of the two centres, so a run of cancelling bands reads as one span after rounding.
