Module grid 

The watchlist grid (#47): the live view of a running watchlist.

One row per target, breached rows first. A breach that starts rings the bell once and shows a banner until the next key. Enter opens the detail of the selected row: each cell with its value, its status and a chart of its last values. Evidence keys put the matching CLI command in the shell and run it there.

The state is pure: the event loop feeds it GridMsgs from the run and keys from the user; draw draws it.
