Module wizard 

The monitor wizard (#47): builds or edits a watchlist in four steps.

1. Targets: a adds one (pair USDC binance, token PEPE solana, address 0x… ethereum), d deletes the selected one.
2. Metrics: for the selected target, the market health preset and the catalog metrics of its kind. Space turns one on or off, o changes the operator, Enter edits the value.
3. Timing: the interval and the duration, with the number of fetches they cost.
4. Outputs: the name, the CSV and the report paths; Save and Start.

Tab and Shift-Tab move between the steps; Ctrl-S saves and Ctrl-R starts from any step. The state is pure; draw draws it.
