TUI Command Execution

Turns one line of TUI input into a Plan. Session commands (chain, format, ctx, tokens, …) run here and change the SessionContext. Every other line is parsed by the CLI’s own clap definition (Cli), so commands, aliases and flags are the same as on the command line.

The session context fills in flags the user did not type, for example --chain when a chain is pinned. A flag the user types always wins.
