gets a column from the product of inverse basis matrix B^-1 and coefficient matrix A (i.e. from B^-1 * A), i.e., it computes B^-1 * A_c with A_c being the c’th column of A

@return \ref SCIP_OKAY is returned if everything worked. Otherwise a suitable error code is passed. See \ref SCIP_Retcode “SCIP_RETCODE” for a complete list of error codes.
