makes sure that the LP of the current node is loaded and may be accessed through the LP information methods

@warning Contructing the LP might change the amount of variables known in the transformed problem and therefore also the variables array of SCIP (returned by SCIPgetVars() and SCIPgetVarsData()), so it might be necessary to call one of the later method after this one

@return \ref SCIP_OKAY is returned if everything worked. Otherwise a suitable error code is passed. See \ref SCIP_Retcode “SCIP_RETCODE” for a complete list of error codes.
