resets age of constraint to zero; should be called

  • in constraint separation, if a cut was found for this constraint,
  • in constraint enforcing, if the constraint was violated, and
  • in constraint propagation, if a domain reduction was deduced;

@return \ref SCIP_OKAY is returned if everything worked. Otherwise a suitable error code is passed. See \ref SCIP_Retcode “SCIP_RETCODE” for a complete list of error codes.
