SQLite persistence for the System Context Compiler.

Layer mapping (docs/DATA_STRATEGY.md):

  • L0 repository snapshot: repositories, snapshots, files
  • L1 evidence: evidence
  • L2 reality graph: entities, relationships, symbols
  • L3 system IR: components, flows, invariants, tests
  • L4 context indexes: FTS5 (symbols_fts, entities_fts), context_cache
  • L5 history: intent_claims, drift_findings

Re-exports§

pub use rusqlite;

Modules§

history
Versioned reality graph (mission §XIX): durable per-index revisions with source-hash/extractor provenance, introduction/removal history, and transactional updates — all in SQLite, no extra infrastructure.
snapshot
Durable context snapshots (mission §XXII): checkpoints of RENDERED agent knowledge — what was actually shown, not all candidates considered.
system
First-class multi-repo systems (mission §XVI): semantic stitching across member stores with strong keys and recorded match quality (§XVIII).

Structs§

ModelEpoch
Deterministic composite fingerprint of the model state. composite() is the canonical cache-epoch string: it changes whenever any source of system truth changes, so a previously fresh context pack can never be served after its evidence is stale.
RuntimeEdgeRow
Store

Enums§

ModelEpochKind
The independent truth sources whose generations compose the model epoch. Any change to one of them invalidates previously cached context packs.
StoreError
