Lifecycle Compiler (EPIC-050, P1 “system semantics”, docs/EPICS_AND_TICKETS.md).
Detects state machines deterministically from the symbol index and emits one Lifecycle flow per component that owns >= 2 state-machine signals.
Signals: class/enum symbols with state-machine-ish names, signatures that
mention Enum/StrEnum, and transition-verb symbol names.
