Module verify 

Post-apply verification orchestration.

This module implements:

• VerifyRunner — runs verification checks for each successfully-applied component.
• VerifySummary — partitions results into verified / failed / not-verified.

Verification Flow (VAL-UPD-017)

After the apply phase completes, verification runs for each component that was applied successfully. Each verification produces a VerificationResult.

Summary Partitioning (VAL-UPD-018)

The final summary partitions every component into exactly one bucket:

• verified — applied and verified successfully
• failed — applied but verification failed
• not_verified — not applied (held back, blocked, or skipped)

Structs

NoOpVerifyExecutor

A no-op verifier that always returns success. Used as a default when no real verifier is configured.

VerifyItem

Verification result for a single component, with apply context.

VerifyRunner

Runs post-apply verification for each successfully-applied component.

VerifySummary

Summary of the verification phase, partitioning all components.
