Scan pip list output for any installed NVIDIA/CUDA runtime packages.
Uses the NARROW runtime check (is_nvidia_cuda_runtime_package) plus the
CUDA-wheel-URL check so valid ROCm-managed torch/torchvision/triton
are NOT flagged as contamination (they are legitimately installed from the
ROCm index). Only nvidia-*/cuda* runtime libs and CUDA wheels are
reported. Returns the offending package display lines (for the
InstallerError::NvidiaContamination payload and verification reports).
